Im currently experiencing frame drops with Wirecast, across numerous locations around the world.

Firstly - I am using LogMeIn as our remote desktop software. When im logged into the machine, i get no frame drops. Its once I close my session that I experience severe issues..
OS: MAC OS Sierra

Apple Mac mini (Late 2014) - 2.8Ghz Intel i5

Frame rate (in preset and preferences is currently set to 25). Every preset within Wirecast I use (be it Youtube/Twitch etc..) have the same problem.

Wirecast Canvas Size (currently set to auto which is 854x480), but i have tried using 720p and 1080p.

CPU usage is around 10%-30%, and never exceeds that.

I can't understand why i do not get frame drops when my remote connection is active, but as soon as I close it, the stream being sent to our Wowza server (unable to provide you with details), turns to crap. I roughly lose around 400 frames every 60s.

The MAC is connected to a TV (all different sizes), and we'd like to show the video from the camera on the TV whilst streaming. One thing i have noticed which works, is if I minimize Wirecast, the live stream doesn't encounter any frame drops.
