Due to infected machines on cable DSL provided networks we are blocking many IP address ranges.
There are IP ranges that are published by COX Cable that we are not blocking.

We are ONLY providing this information to assist the anyone coming from a COX Cable address – trying to send to our customers that are receiving blocked mail messages.

If your email doesn't appear in your new IMAP-configured email account, then it may be due to one of the following reasons. The setting Leave Messages on Server is not enabled in the POP-configured email account. There is a configuration issue with the IMAP or POP server settings. Settings are applied to incoming email, such as a filter or mail.

If you used the “mail.domain.com” settings (where domain = your website domain name), then the Apple Mail client is basically unable to verify it simply because it expected the use of an SSL certificate which is not always required for these settings. I am tying to add three email accounts from Cox.net I have tried everything I can think of and I cannot get them to work.
